Account Verification Duration

After submitting your application, verification typically takes:

• Online (M-STOCK): 1–3 business days
• Walk-in (Branch): Same day if complete documents are submitted before 3:00 PM

Factors That May Delay Verification

• Blurry or incomplete document photos
• Name mismatch between KTP and bank account
• NPWP not yet registered with DJP (Tax Authority)
